How do I reserve my session time?
A.To reserve your session, you pay a non-refundable retainer fee (typically 20%). This will be applied towards your session fee.
You can reserve your session by sending a messgage to check for available dates and times.
Are there any expenses included in your packages or additional expenses I may have to pay?
A.Travel expenses begin 15 miles outside of Pomona, Ca. Every additional 15 miles is $45.00
Additionally, any fees such as parking, park entry, or photo permits are not included in the package and will be charged separately.
*Wedding prices are a flat fee. no additional expenses unless there are add-ons.
We want to include our dog into the photos, is that ok?
A.Sure can! Since our sessions will be outdoor, its fine!
Can I bring extra outfits for my photoshoot?
A.Yes, you're more than welcome to bring additional outfits! Just keep in mind that outfit changes are included within your scheduled session time, so we recommend planning accordingly to make the most of your shoot.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
A.Because I plan everything ahead of time, A min. of 24 hours notice is best, so I can see if I can approve your request.
Where are you located?
A.I am located in the San Gabriel Valley, California.
Can I reschedule if it rains? What happens if someone gets sick?
A.I do not charge a penalty for weather or illness-related rescheduling as long as your rescheduled session takes place within 4 weeks of your originally scheduled session.
I will suggest rescheduling outdoor sessions if the temperature will be less than 40 degrees or over 90 degrees, if it’s very windy, or if rain is imminent. I will do sessions in the rain if you wish to proceed as scheduled.
How far in advance should I book my photography session?
A.As soon as possible! I only schedule 2-3 photo sessions per week and 2 weekend sessions per month so the schedule fills up quickly.
How long will it take for my photos to be edited?
A.Most sessions typically take around 2-3 weeks. Weddings take up to 6 weeks. If you need your gallery expedited, you can receive your gallery within 72 hours for $80. (contact me for price on expediting wedding photos as this is a different cost).
What retouching will be done to my photos?
A.General editing: I will always edit away blemishes. I may lessen the appearance mild acne scars. Extreme scarring may be smoothed, but not removed as it would dramatically alter the person’s appearance. Skin will be smoothed a bit so that it looks naturally soft and eyes Brightened. I also may fix the lighting and tone of the photos
Additional charges of $100/hr may apply for any requested enhancements (1 hr minimum, charged in hourly increments): Examples: frizzy hair cleanup, hair color touchup at roots, body/face shaping, removing wrinkles from clothing, removing bra straps or bra lines, cleaning/whitening teeth, etc.
When is my final payment due?
A.It is due the day of our photo session. If payment is not made on the day of session, a 5% late fee will be added and you will not be able to access your gallery until payment is received. After you have made payment, you will have access to your gallery and download the images.
How do I view the photos after my session?
A.I will prepare a gallery for you and load your retouched images to a private online gallery.
I no longer see my photos on the gallery
A.Your gallery is available for a limited time, which is listed in your contract. I’ll notify you before it expires. If you need it reuploaded after it’s taken down, there is a $50 per-week reupload fee.
How much are your photo sessions?
A.Please review the pricing & packaging section for session packages. The packages listed on the pricing page are for certain types of sessions.

What should I wear to my photo session?
A.-Wear clothes you love and that match each person’s style and personality.
-Do not dress everyone alike.
-Dress as formally or casually as you’d like.
-Wear clothes that don’t wrinkle easily, and iron your clothes. I charge extra for wrinkle removing during retouching.
-Black is the most flattering color if you’re concerned about your weight. It hides a lot!
-Match your eye color. You’d be surprised how much this can do for your eyes!
-Look around your house and match the colors of your outfits to your decorations so that your photos will coordinate with your house.
-When in doubt, neutral colors and earth tones always photograph well.
-Pick a few colors and mix them up so that you all coordinate without looking the same.
-Don’t forget to plan the shoes, too!
